Public Bars
These bars stand on two levels and provide us with an area for informal drinking and dining. The top level with approximately 30 covers is ideal for families with children who like to get away from the bar, and in the summer it is convenient for opening the patio doors onto the secluded patio garden.
A Skittles board for the kids is available and our giant Jenga keeps them amused for hours.
The lower level complete with large Farmhouse tables and piano is just the place for large groups providing an informal place for drinking and eating and generally having a good time.
The food we serve in the restaurant is available in both bars in the evenings and these areas seem to be the choice of those popping in at lunch time for one of our Ploughman’s, jacket potatoes or our famous home-made beer battered Cod and chips.
