Tossed in garlic and reduced in a local double cream.  Served with Garlic Bread

 

West Bay Dived Scallops

Seared and placed on a grilled slice of black pudding with a bacon and cream sauce

A supreme of Pollock baked with a fresh herb crust & served with a Dill Lemon sauce

All our food is supplied by the following local based businesses:-

The meat from Framptons of Bridport.  They source it from farms based in Somerset, Dorset & Devon.

The fish from Davys Locker and is from West Bay, Dorset and Brixham, Devon.  The fruit & vegetables by Cains Farm based here in Chideock.  The potatoes come from Honiton and all other vegetables from local farms.  Our desserts are made here at The George Inn. Ice Cream supplied by Cornwall Patisserie.
